And you know what?
This was my biggest mistake too as a coach.
When I created my first few programs, akala ko they were already simple and beginner-friendly—saktong minimalist approach para sa busy people.
Sabi ko:
“1 hour workouts, 3x a week. I’m sure lahat kaya maging consistent dyan.”
But reality hit me hard; madami pa ring hindi nakaka-sustain.
People fell off track, felt guilty, and thought it was their fault.
But looking back, I realized, It was MY fault.
Because even though I thought the program was already “simplified,” it was still too much for many people.
Why?
Because it was missing the most crucial part: the foundation.
Na-realize ko lang 'to over time, as I started noticing a clear pattern—what worked for some, and what held others back.
That’s when it became clear: building a foundation isn’t just important—it’s the key to making any transformation last.
